Upload documents

Upload your contract paperwork, no more paper-chasing when it comes to renewals or disputes.

In addition, we employ "Optical Character Recognition" to each document that's uploaded. This technology examines your PDFs and other files, converting them into searchable text.

Set alerts

Create one-time or recurring alerts for a specific date or associate them with a milestone such as the contract end date.

Create as many alerts as necessary for each contract. Alerts are sent to each user's email inbox on the required date.

Customise and personalise

Custom fields can be added to capture data which is specific to your organisation. Different custom fields can optionally be defined for each contract type.

Fields can be placed exactly where needed, removed, renamed or made mandatory. The resulting solution will match your organisation's process and terminology exactly.

Electronic signatures

Seamless integration with Adobe Sign® allows you to get documents signed using e-signature technology.

Following successfully obtaining signatures the signed documentation is uploaded against the contract record.

Approval

Contracts can be optionally sent for internal approval. Create the chain for approval, track progress and see the approval history right against the contract. Decide which contracts are subject to approval and which aren't.

When required, admin users can override the approval process and move it along. Use your mobile device to approve or reject approval requests.

Reporting

intelligentcontract allows the creation of custom reports that can be built to meet your exact requirements and then shared with all your users.

Once defined, reports can be run with different parameters and delivered in either a Microsoft Excel or PDF format.

Import Data

intelligentcontract provides tools to import contracts, documents, people or companies from a CSV spreadsheet.

You can map your columns to field in the system or create your own fields to import to.

Full Security Model

A fully flexible security model is available to apply to any entity to keep your data secure.

Only users who are part of the correct security group can view contracts assigned to that group. You can assign groups to particular contract types and define them as Read-Write or Read-Only.

KPI Management

Set up and manage suppliers and associated Key Performance Indicators.

All the benefits of KPIs without the effort - Suppliers will get an email that requests and allows them to enter KPI data.
